Healthy Sole is a professional pedorthic company with over 20 years of experience in assessing and treating lower limb pain due to injury and chronic conditions such as arthritis, repetitive stress and diabetes.  We provide hands-on assessment, personalized treatment plans, patient education, foot casting and custom orthotic manufacturing, knee and ankle braces, and patient follow-up.

Custom Orthotics

Orthotics are molded devices that are inserted into a shoe to prevent, reduce or eliminate foot and leg pain and discomfort.  When used with appropriate footwear, they can help to improve the function of lower limb mechanics.  


During your personal biomechanical evaluation we spend the time to educate you on your condition and discuss your orthotic options.  With professional 3D foot casting, we ensure a properly designed orthotic device.  Once custom-made, we personally fit your orthotics to your footwear.  A few weeks later, we follow-up with you to ensure your satisfaction.  

Bracing

There are a wide variety of knee and ankle braces available.  Soft sleeve braces to stabilize and compress, hinged knee braces to support ligaments, and osteoarthritic braces to maintain structural alignment and offload painful areas of the knee. 


During your personal biomechanical evaluation, we will help educate you on your condition and discuss the various bracing options based on your particular needs, lifestyle and budget.  We then measure you for an over-the-counter or custom brace.  During the fitting appointment, we ensure the fit and comfort of your brace.   

Compression Socks

Compression therapy socks and stockings are specialized hosiery designed to help prevent and reduce venous disorders such as varicose veins, spider veins, and deep-vein thrombosis.  They can also help with general leg fatigue, achiness and swelling.


During your appointment, we examine the severity of your condition to determine the appropriate level of compression required.   We educate you on the various textures, materials, opacities and styles available and which would best suit your needs.    We then do professional measurements to ensure the right fit.
