ankle braces, and patient follow-up.   

We will come to you!   Healthy Sole offers an exciting new way to provide you with expert lower limb care at one of our multiple clinic locations or in the comfort of your own home.  Many of Healthy Sole's products are covered under group health benefit plans.  We will help you achieve and maintain proper foot and knee health so you can enjoy a more active, happy lifestyle.

Derek Lawt​on

Derek Lawton is the owner and operator of Healthy Sole.  He is a Canadian Certified Pedorthist C. Ped (c) with over 20 years of experience in the pedorthic industry.  He earned his Honours degree in Kinesiology (H. Kin.) from the University of Windsor.  Derek is trained in the assessment of lower limb anatomy and biomechanics with specialized education and training in foot orthotics, footwear

and lower extremity bracing.  


Derek is a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada and proctors their exam process.   He is also a member of the Canadian Pedorthic Association of Canada and is a mentor in their apprenticeship program.
